 | Dartmouth Yacht Club |  | The Dartmouth Yacht Club is nestled in a sheltered recess with high land on both sides (historically known as Wright's Cove) on the eastern shore of Halifax Harbour. It is ideal for mooring, with a convenient marina for the launch and recovery of boats. The depth of our water lot varies up to 35 feet, ensuring safe and secure as well as ample anchorage. The mooring and marine facilities are continually being improved to suit you better.

There is a marina with berths for over 30 boats and club tenders service a large area which has received approval as BBYC's mooring field. When available, marina berths and moorings may be rented.  | Summerside Yacht Club |  | SYC offers a full facility marina, with showers, laundry, lounge, meals (weekdays at noon, Friday evening also), fuel and pump out facilities. The finger piers have 30 and 60 amp service and cable TV hookup. A shopping mall is situated on the same parking lot as the club (less than a one minute walk) containing liquor, department and many other stores. A marine supply store, GREENSHORE MARINE, is located a ten minute walk away.

Since acquisition of our clubhouse in 1996 on Crouchers Point, we have gained a permanent home for improved sailing programs – both junior and senior – and a focal point for both boating and non-boating activities. Our location provides easy access to the waters of the Bay and a spacious mooring field for members and visiting yachtsmen. |
